Wow. I have nearly 350 views and ten downloads as I write this, and the game isn't even freakin' done yet. You guys are awesome.

I think this also kind of puts to rest the myth about NSFW content being "bad" for an artist's career. Don't get me wrong, I work on kid's stuff and non-NSFW adult-directed art too; but there's something very liberating about working all ends of one's career wearing the same face.

I had a lot of fun making this, in spite of the handful of mistakes; RTS games are a whole new realm for AI and generation which I admittedly hadn't even thought about before. I've been crunching RTS-gamer podcasts, hours of them, all week and honestly I've never been this fascinated by the game of chess in my entire life.

I am wrapping it up, though. I have a model of untied bikini which I want to get in there, but that shouldn't be especially complicated. If I had more time, I would be replacing the fog of war with an actual volumetric froxel fog; I'd probably add a weather system, and I'd have a lot more civilian human buildings and fewer overlapping volleyball courts. Who knows, I might even fix that irksome skipping idle animation. You know the one.

It's honestly been an adventure to make, and I'm probably going to come back to it; there's a surprising dearth of adult-themed RTS games, like not even bad ones (please tell me if I'm wrong), and I see a lot of opportunity there. Moreover this is a transferable skill to other audiences. However, first, like any proper project, it needs a post-mortem and will probably be picked up from scratch.

The new name just came to me this afternoon on the way back from a coffee shop. I couldn't resist.
